Spectrum HD was built for people whose abilities and difficulties seem to contradict each other. The goal is recognition, useful language, and better questions.
The premise
A flat score can miss the part that matters most. You may need structure and resist routine, crave connection and require recovery, or perform well while paying a private cost. Spectrum HD maps those collisions instead of forcing one trait to cancel another.
The standard
A result should feel specific enough to test against your own life. It should show its limits, separate enduring patterns from current strain where possible, and give you language you can use with people you trust.
The boundary
Spectrum HD is a self-reflection product. It does not diagnose ADHD, autism, burnout, or any other condition. A clinical assessment uses history, impairment, context, differential diagnosis, and trained judgment that an online pattern map cannot provide.
